Neptune Woods Info
Neptune Woods is a 65-acre property on Brunswick Landing, donated to the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust by the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) to be protected for recreation and conservation. Recognized as an ideal spot for beginner-friendly mountain bike trails, the land was developed in partnership with local groups, including the Six Rivers chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association (Six Rivers NEMBA) and the Brunswick Recreation Department’s Youth Mountain Bike Program, with community volunteers and support from Mid Coast Hospital’s Access Health group helping build bridges and trails that welcome riders of all ages and skill levels. The Land Trust has an ongoing partnership with Six River NEMBA to steward and support the 3.5-mile trail systems for bikers and hikers alike to enjoy year-round.
