Bradley Pond Farm Preserve
Bradley Pond Farm Preserve Info
Bradley Pond Farm Preserve is 163-acres of farm, forests, and wetlands in Topsham, protected by a conservation easement held by the Land Trust on privately owned land to preserve its scenic fields, rich farmland, and over 4,000 feet of shoreline along Bradley Pond and the Cathance River. Conserved in 1991, Bradley Pond Farm Preserve was the Land Trust’s first conservation easement property that allowed public access, and the mile-long trail winds through quiet woods and emerges to views of rolling fields, wetlands, and the pond, with opportunities to spot deer, waterfowl, and other wildlife. Open year-round for hiking, birding, and snowshoeing, this peaceful property offers a glimpse of Maine’s agricultural heritage while safeguarding vital habitat. Stay on marked trails to ensure continued public access and note there is no water access to Bradley Pond from the property.
