Give the Gift of a BTLT Landscape

If you have found yourself in the BTLT office recently, you may have wondered whether we have added “art gallery” to our list of offerings. Why, yes, yes we have! And most of the stunning original artwork hanging there is by BTLT member Bill Robitzek. Having left behind his legal career in 2014, retirement finds Bill returning in earnest to his love of art, especially oil and acrylic painting — and he’s become rather a specialist in painting BTLT properties. His works include an autumnal view of the Sandplain Grassland from the Blueberry Loop Trail at Crystal Spring Farm,

Tarbox Preserve just as spring begins to appear,

Head of Tide Park at the height of summer,

and the blueberry barrens of Crystal Spring Farm that anyone driving into Brunswick High School on a foggy morning will instantly recognize.

If you love Bill’s renderings of BTLT properties as much as we do, and if you are wondering this holiday season what to get for that certain someone, we encourage you to visit the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust page on Bill’s website. Here you can find all of Bill’s pieces featuring BTLT properties and order a print or two by contacting Bill directly at wrobitzekart@gmail.com or (207) 212-7709. If you would like to purchase one of the original pieces hanging in the BTLT office, please contact Kristi Hatrick at kristi@btlt.org and she will arrange to meet you at the office.
Bill will donate 30% of the sale of any prints or paintings to BTLT.
Finally, we will have BTLT note cards featuring Bill’s painting of BTLT properties available for purchase (5 cards for $10) at the Annual Meeting on November 17th at 5:00 PM at the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center. We encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to enjoy stunning artwork while also benefitting BTLT!
