A Note to our Members and Partners
Your steadfast support of our work is absolutely remarkable and we are so very grateful that you continue to support our conservation, stewardship, and community engagement work as generously as you do. Thank you. On June 30th we wrapped up Fiscal Year 2022 and the results are in:
82% of our individual donors and 67% of our business supporters renewed their BTLT membership support;
our 1,168 members donated over $406,000 in support of our operating budget, a new program high;
we raised $138,000 from 68 individuals and foundations to conserve our newest property on the Cathance River, Hideaway Farm; and
we welcomed 323 new supporters
Your financial support makes our work possible. Your dollars help to build and maintain our public trails; run the Saturday Farmers’ Market at Crystal Spring Farm; organize our stewardship walks; maintain the Tom Settlemire Community Garden and the Common Good Garden therein; provide educational offerings about climate change, gardening, foraging, and more; and continue our conservation work, the core of our mission. We are humbled and energized by your support.
Thank you!
