For more than 25 years, our Farmers Market has brought local farmers, food producers, and community members together. As we prepare for the Market’s move across the street to 262 Pleasant Hill Road, we’re taking this opportunity to consider something important: What should we call our Farmers Market?
Until now, its official name has been the “Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust Saturday Farmers Market at Crystal Spring Farm”. While this name communicates a lot, it’s also a mouthful! And a whole lot of words to put on signs, website pages, tote bags, etc.
This upcoming move presents a natural opportunity to establish a name that is shorter, clearer, easier to find, and ready to grow with the Market into the future. We want a name that resonates with the people who make the Market what it is.
Your feedback will help us select a name that is recognizable and meaningful. The Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust Board will consider this valuable community input in its decision-making process.
