THIS EVENT LISTING IS FOR THE TOUR SCHEDULED AT 11:00AM-12:30PM.
Join BTLT on October 30th for opening day at Androscoggin Woods, a 53-acre property conserved by the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust in 2019. We will take a mile-long walk on a new trail system that follows the riverbank and meanders through the riverside forest to learn about the history of the property and how it was influenced by the commerce of the Androscoggin River, as well as the many plants and animals that call this place home. Located in Topsham, Androscoggin Woods provides beautiful views of the Androscoggin River as well as important habitat for many plants and animal species along the river and within the 14 acres of wetlands on the property.
This is a free event, but please register.
The Stewardship Tour series BTLT hosts seeks to introduce the community to land conservation, stewardship and history by offering guided walks with the stewardship team at BTLT.
