Do you love Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust and Vessel & Vine?  Join us for a porch dinner series at Vessel & Vine on Oct 6th, 7th or 8th!

The team at Vessel & Vine will be creating a four course meal highlighting crops grown by BTLT volunteers as well as African crops grown by members of the New Mainer community in Brunswick, all from the Tom Settlemire Community Garden.

Vessel and Vine’s coursed dinners use locally produced food, often highlight the culinary traditions of cultures from around the world, and include adult beverage pairings. Follow Vessel & Vines social media or sign up for their newsletter to learn more about the menu for the weekend.

The dinner series will take place on Vessel & Vine’s outdoor porch. The porch has heaters, but warm clothing is encouraged. Tickets are $100 (plus tax and gratuity) and include a $20 donation to BTLT.

First Course: butternut squash, togarashi coconut soup, tempura sweet potato leaf

Second Course: massaged collard greens, autumn olive, shaved pecorino, fried leeks

Third Course: Choucroute Garnie – local pork 3 ways, potato, carrot, foraged juniper-bayberry-queen anne’s lace spice blend, house sauerkraut, pickled apples, assorted mustards

Fourth Course: Crystal Spring blueberry galette, shagbark hickory crust, community garden herb creme anglaise
