Join the Southern Midcoast Forest Playgroup at Crystal Spring Farm
Families will read a book together, play on the trails and do a leaf based activity or craft. Families will meet at Crystal Spring Farm at the Farmers’ Market green on Pleasant Hill Rd.
The Southern Midcoast Forest Playgroup is a free, parent-facilitated program that aims to provide a space for children to explore, learn, and interact outside. Their branch meets every Thursday at 9:30am at different locations in the Southern Midcoast region. Weekly adventures are typically posted the Sunday or Monday before the adventure on their Facebook page. Families do not need to bring anything but themselves and appropriate attire based on location and weather. We will meet rain or shine!
Southern Midcoast Forest Playgroup is partnering with Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust, Harpswell Heritage Land Trust, and Kennebec Estuary Land Trust to offer nature-based activities and exploration on our respective properties.
