
Join us at Crystal Spring Farm with forager and wild food cook, Rachel Alexandrou. She will lead us on a slow walk pointing out edible plants and how to identify and safely cook with them. This class is for all levels from beginner to experienced foragers, come learn about the wild world of edible plants.
The walk will last 1.5 hours and end with a 30 minute foraged tasting of wild refreshments made by Rachel. Please bring sturdy shoes or boots for walking on uneven terrain, a notebook, writing utensil, and a water bottle. We will meet at the parking lot at 11:00am and begin the walk from there.
Tickets cost $40 each, and will be paid directly to Rachel (the event leader) on the day of the event. She accepts cash, check, or venmo. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust. Registration is required.
