Join Dan, co-owner of Mere Point Oyster, and Sam, Nursery Manager at Mere Point Oyster, for a demonstration on oyster farming. Demonstrations will occur 3 times throughout the morning at their booth at Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust’s Saturday Farmers Market at Crystal Spring Farm.
Their demonstrations will cover:

-the life cycle of an oyster
-how to grow an oyster
-the floating gear needed for oyster farming
-how to sort oysters
