November 11, 2018
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Over the summer, Sam Hughes, a local Eagle Scout, built a bridge to connect the Chase Reserve trails to Freeport Conservation Trust’s Antoinette Jackman Trail. Join us before the Annual Meeting to check out this stewardship success story!
Later, gather with fellow Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust members at Frontier Café to celebrate the year’s successes from 4 to 6 pm where there will be tasty snacks, a cash bar, and plenty of good company. This is your chance to hear what we accomplished this year with your support, vote for new and returning Board members, and see the unveiling of our new online Wellness Resource. In addition, we welcome Pete Didisheim, advocacy director for the Natural Resources Council of Maine, to consider what fall election results will mean for conservation in Maine.
Venue: Chase Reserve
Chase Reserve is approximately located at 429 Bunganuc Road in Brunswick. The property straddles the Bunganuc Road in Brunswick, immediately east of the Freeport town line.
From Maine Street in Brunswick, head west on Pleasant Hill Road. After 1.8 miles, take a slight left onto Casco Road. Casco Road turns into Bunganuc Road after 1.9 miles. Continue on Bunganuc road for another 0.7 miles. Chase Reserve will be on your right, just before crossing the Freeport town line.
