Registration for our 2026 camp sessions will be through an online lottery system. A link to the lottery registration will be posted on our website as well as provided in the BTLT E-Newsletter. Parents and guardians will complete a lottery form for their family, which will include information on each individual camper, including the desired weeks for each camper. Due to the high demand for our summer camp sessions we are limiting enrollment to one week of camp per camper for the 2026 season.

  • Lottery available – Wednesday, February 25 – Tuesday, March 3, 2026
  • Camper slots allocated – March 4 – March 10, 2026
  • Registration communication begins – Wednesday, March 11, 2026
  • Once families are contacted, you will have until April 3 to complete registration and payment. If you have not completed your registration and payment by April 3, you will forfeit your enrollment.
  • Open enrollment begins – April 6, 2026. Any remaining available camp spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, regardless of prior participation in the lottery.

CIT: Sessions are a learning and service leadership experience. Each CIT must complete an application to be accepted into the 2-3 week program. Documentation of CIT hours for community service credit is provided at the completion of each leadership session.

Camp Scholarships: Full and partial scholarships are available for the 2026 camp season. CREA Partners with Brunswick School District’s Student & Family Engagement Coordinator to provide full camp scholarships for local youth in need. If your child could benefit from scholarship assistance, please reach out to our Camp Director Emma Blackford, camp@btlt.org.  We will provide a scholarship application during the registration process.

2026 Cancellation policy

Once your child is registered for camp, no refunds are available. If you alert us of your need to cancel prior to May 1, 2026 a credit will be issued for a 2027 camp session. If you cancel after May 1, no credit will be issued. If we to cancel camp for any reason during the 2026 season, families will be granted a pro-rated or full credit depending on a partial or full week cancellation.
