Robert Williams’ Preserve

Important Habitat

Watershed Protection

Robert Williams’ Preserve is comprised of four adjacent parcels totaling 68 acres along the Cathance River. The properties have roughly 5,600 feet of river frontage combined, providing a significant riparian buffer along the Cathance River Corridor that helps protect the water quality of the Cathance River and nearby Merrymeeting Bay, and provides wildlife habitat for both wading birds and upland animals, including a vernal pool on one of the parcels.

These properties currently do not have public access.
