250th Park

Scenic Viewshed

250th Park is a ¼-acre easement on Maine Street in Brunswick across from Fort Andross.  The former site of a Cumberland Farms store, it was purchased by the Land Trust, then given to the Town of Brunswick with an easement retained. Adjacent to land managed as a public space by Brookfield Energy (dam owner), part of the easement is in a natural state and part is maintained as a public park with gravel paths, lawn, and park benches. 250th Park is an important green space near the Androscoggin River in Brunswick’s busy downtown.
